Castle Harbour, great budget option in Los Cristianos, southern Tenerife. Castle Harbour offers both families, couples, groupe of friends a unique Tenerife experience – an excellent choice for first-time guests and returning visitors. Reasonably priced, self-catering accommodation located in an elevated position approx. 1000 metres from the seafront promenade and Las Vistas beach. There are numerous supermarkets, bars and restaurants including the popular La Pepa food court all within walking distance and an on-site pool bar and restaurant open daily. All apartments are privately owned and have all the facilities required for a self-catering holiday. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Minimum 5 nights stay.
Supplements, 10€/person/night.
No charge for babies 0-1 years, cots available for 3 euros per night including sheets and towels.
Breakfast 5.95€/person/day, applicable to all clients aged 2 years and over.
1 plate/person from the Breakfast Menu at the El Paso bar/restaurant, to include choice of tea or
coffee and water or juice.
Payment and cancellation policy
Reservations cancelled 14 days before arrival no charge.
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will have a 5 night charge applied.
No show on day of arrival, will be charged 100%.
Payments, 30% with in 7 days from the date reservation was made. 70% latest 28 days before arrival. 100% if booking is made less than 28 days before the check in date.
Check-in times
You can check in any time after 15:00.
Check-out times
Check out is normally latest at 10:00.
Arrival

Security deposit is 500.00€. Castle Harbour requires your credit card details for security deposit and a copy of your ID on your arrival before.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony. Please use an ashtray and do not throw cigarette buts over the balcony.
What’s included
- Bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay. Towels changed every 3 – 4 days. Linen weekly.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. Please leave the apartment tidy.
